Version 126.96.36.199 is a smaller update that is largely focused on improving the experience for users, but also adds some new features. Thanks this time to KB, WR, PF, JD, TP, KdP, KD, HA, GL, DP for their feedback that resulted in the changes.
Data can now be sorted in the Marker/Mapping grids by pressing on the column headers.
The "Ribbon => File => Export => Poly info" button exports three additional columns to a CSV-text file - surface area of each polygon, plan view surface area of each polygon, and a column to differentiate between different objects. See discussion below to fully appreciate the power of this export option.
Addition of "Top toolbar => Toolbox icon => Gaussian Splatter" that creates a surface around points data. The toolbox functions only work on mesh data, so save any Marker/Mapping data out as a DXF-file with "Ribbon => Marker/Mapping => Save and Export => File(DXF)". Load this DXF-file and use the function to create an encapsulating surface.
Add "Ribbon => Save DXF => Other => Rocscience section with original Z" to retain the section elevations for analysis.
Double click on the ribbon tabs to minimise and maximise the ribbon.
The backgrounds of all charts are now white for easier transfer to documents.
Rename the "Ribbon => File => Export => Poly orientations" button to "Poly info" and add information to the exported file ad discussed below.
Selection of objects in "Clipping Mode" did not work correctly - fixed.
The "Complex actions => Clipping => Show plane" did not always update correctly - fixed.
"Ribbon => File => Settings => Show vertices" did not always update correctly - fixed. When this checkbox is checked, the vertices of all lines and line sections show as points for easier snapping to vertices if required.

"Poly info" button discussion
GEM4D has various buttons to export polygon data as CSV-text files that could directly be loaded as Marker or Mapping data. The main export button is the "Poly info" button that provided the following exported columns:
Poly center coordinate - Easting, Northing, Elevation.
Poly orientation - DipAngle, DipDirection.
Poly dimensions - DiagLength, TotalArea, PlanArea.
Object number - Object.
There are many uses for these CSV-exports, such as:
Each polygon in a fault triangulation can be viewed as a mapping point, exporting the mesh polygons as CSV-file thus provides orientation information that could be added to a mapping database. As these fault meshes are typically created from many drillholes, this typically provides good averaged orientation values for the fault plane.
Export a fault plane triangulation file and load as Mapping data to visualise the fault "fingerprint" on the Mapping stereonet - see screenshot below.
Use "Top toolbar => Dotted square icon => Delete inside rubberband" to delete the stope wall and floor triangulations from a mesh. Then export the roof mesh with "Poly info" and use the "PlanArea" column to determine the surface area of each object for HR -calculations from CMS-data.
