The previous Trajec3D installation file gave some users errors during installation. The new Trajec3D installation file is substantially larger than the previous file, as it contains dependency files that could be missing on some computers and then cause errors. The latest installation file was tested on both Windows 7 and 8 computers and installed and worked without trouble.
List of changes to Version 1.5.4:
Changes to the installation file to include more dependency files than could be missing on a target computer.
Paths exported to DXF are now converted back to the original coordinate system before being saved.
Internal code changes to way information forms are initialised and disposed.
Expiry date changed to 1 July 2013.
Please let me know ASAP if you experience any installation errors with Trajec3D Version 1.5.4. Keep up with feedback on your experiences, seems many are trying out the Custom Fall Body option. My next newsletter will contain some instructions on using Autodesk 123Catch (free) to create a custom fall body shape as below.
