If you still have GEM4D Version 1.3.3 or earlier installed, please manually uninstall the old version from your computer, as the Beta installation will not automatically uninstall the Alpha version. Do this with one of the following methods:
Control Panel => Programs => Uninstall "GEM4D Alpha".
In Windows Explorer, double click on "C:\Program Files\GEM4D Alpha\Uninstall.exe".
On 64-bit computers "C:\Program Files (x86)\GEM4D Alpha\Uninstall.exe".
This is a smaller update largely focused on correcting bugs introduced in Version 1.4.2:
Combine Lines and PolyLines into a single layer. The odd occasions where sections saved for RocScience packages did not cleanly import, should now be solved.
The layers update logic when selecting files in the top listbox has been improved.
Colour mapping now only affects visible polygons to conform with all other actions.
Additional tests were included to eliminate some potential errors.
Delete any length measurement when a new action is selected.
Correct the software update checker "Help - Update".
New Splash Screen and Logo.
